Stewardship is based on the fact that even the most stable life must be worked. Grass grows, weeds encroach and brush reclaims the tilled field when we put down the shovel, hoe and rake. The world is disorganized because it is enveloped within an environment of constant change. This planet is dynamic, and all upon it seek equilibrium. We who carry the vessel must realize that in order to hold all which is within, we must strive to keep the vessel level.
